of the actual competition of the enterprise and foreign competitors
in domestic and foreign market, Fenghua Group insists the most
advanced ISO9000 quality management system in the production
and quality management system.
At present, the Group Company has three dominant products
¨C chip capacitor, chip resistor, aluminum electrolytic capacitor.
The three subordinate companies of the said three dominant
products and other subordinate and branch companies are operated
according to ISO9001: 2000 quality management. And they have
passed ISO9001: 2000 quality management system verification
conducted by a authoritative third party ¨C DNV. At the beginning
of 2002, several subordinate branch companies that produce
chip capacitors, chip resistors, and other products successively
passed ISO140001 environment management system verification
conducted by a third party. At the middle of 2003, 3 subordinate
branch companies that produce chip capacitors, chip resistors,
chip electric sensors, and other products successively passed
QS9000 car industry management system verification conducted
by a third party. Through verification, the company improved
management level, realized consistency of management with
international conventions, integrated all management systems,
improved environmental performances, enhanced the satisfactory
degree of customers, and lifted management efficiency, which
laid a solid foundation for the company to operate globally.
In order to coordinate with the efficient
operation of quality management systems, Fenghua Group made
great effort to popularize ¡°SPC¡± (Statistical Process Control),
TQM activity, ¡°8S¡±, ¡°IE¡± and other application systems,
so as to conduct quality management using data information,
regular procedures, systematic rules and scientific means.
Depending on effective and efficient quality management system,
we strictly controlled the product quality according to the
requirements of verification standards, and passed authoritative
verifications of product safety, which include UL, CCC, CSA
and so on.
